"I engaged Blair and Susan to assist me with their design and transformational skills during the renovation of a property in Alexander Road in Paraparaumu.
They share some amazing insights into the best cost approach to fixing problems and are always happy to show a high level of transparency with their costings and the cost/benefit analysis of the solutions they offer.
They provided not only the good value stuff like creating a multilevel deck, or opening up that wall to take in a vista, or an air catchment solution to take warm air to a lower level in the house, but they are also ‘ arty’ enough to renovate an old pot belly, build an ‘ on deck’ herb garden and design and build a sunken garden and BBQ area, with great drainage and 3 -phase power supply.
One of my biggest loves was their knowledge of water capture from the guttering system into a ‘clean easy’ filtration solution all of which feeds into my water tanks.!!
I have just engaged them to take charge of my new property in Taipa, Northland which will be a substantial project that no-one else has been able to solve.
